Return Policy
You must call or email your sales representative within 5
days of receipt or merchandise for a return authorization
(RA) number.
Send back only the merchandise that has been approved. All merchandise must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags still attached . Write the RA number and your sales rep’s name on the outside of the box and ship it back to us within 3 days of obtaining the RA number.

If the RA number is not printed on the outside of the box, it will be at risk for being refused at our warehouse and returned back to you at your additional cost. We do not pay shipping costs for returning merchandise.

If a COD order is refused, we can reship it with your
